  • All orders are sent through DHL & DPEX, Epacket etc depending on the region.

 

  • Where’s my jacket? How do I track it?
  • You can track your order by logging into your account and going to My Orders. Or just email us your order number on support@tigerleatherjacket.com and our customer satisfaction team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

 

  • How do I change my shipping address?
  • If you wish to change your shipping address please inform us within 7 working days after you’ve placed the order. Shoot us an email at support@tigerleatherjacket.com

 

  • I haven’t received my jacket.
  • If three weeks have passed since we’ve shipped your jacket and you still haven’t received it please let us know. Email us at support@tigerleatherjacket.com
  • Please also make sure that you gave us the right shipping address. We cannot refund if an order gets lost in transition because of a wrong shipping address.

  • Where do you source your leather from?
  • We score our leather from one of the finest and oldest tanneries in the South Asia region, which happens to be in Sialkot Pakistan, a city famous world over for its leather. 
    All the leather comes from meat-producing animals, we do not use any endangered species or slaughter animal for fashion. For details please read our animal section.

 

  • What quality is the leather?
  • We only use 100% real leather made from calfskin & lambskin leather in most of our jackets. whereas we also use Nubuck and cowhide.

 

  • Where do you manufacture the jackets?
  • The jackets are made at our factory outlet, which is located in Sialkot, Pakistan.

  • Is the jacket already made?
  • Each jacket is handcrafted fresh and custom built, stitched exactly the size provided by the customer.

  • Should I return the jacket to its original packing?
  • You don’t have to return the jacket to its original packing, the smaller it is the better.

  • We will keep you posted on each and every step throughout the jacket making process. Once we receive and accept your order, you’ll be notified via email.

  • We do not store or keep your credit card information with us, which makes it even safer. We use SSL encryption to ensure whatever information you provide us with, stays protected and secured.

 

  • Can I keep track of my order online?
